My oh, my! There were so many fun things that happened this weekend! First-of-all, I just want to say a big CONGRATULATIONS to Amber at
The Daily Dose! She and her husband, Clay are great friends of mine and Amber gave birth to a beautiful baby girl named Abby on Friday. I am so excited to meet her this week! So excited for you guys!
Secondly, my beau and I headed up to Gatlinburg this weekend, to spend some time in a chalet with a bunch of friends. We had a great, relaxing time! In fact, we never even left the chalet the entire time! It was so nice! Here is a little of what we did.

It was a great trip, and on Sunday morning, we woke up to this:
After driving back to Nashville, I was absolutely exhausted. However, I did find the energy to watch ESPN to find out that my Tennessee Vols are going to the Music City Bowl! Yep, that's right, not only did we make it to a bowl game in a year that we didn't think that was even possible, but we are staying in the great state of TN and the town that I call home! I can't wait to cheer them on!
Well, I think that covers my weekend. What did you all do? Anything fun?!?!

I had Gatlinburg on my list of places to go before we moved, but didn't get to go :(. So glad you had fun!
Also-you are going to have so much fun going to that bowl game. I'm assuming you're going. How exciting!!!
Dude...Gatlinburg is our favorite place EVER. We go there all the time and we love staying in chalets specifically because there's so much to do that you don't even have to leave (unless we hike, which we usually always do). Can't believe you woke up to snow. It's beautiful. Glad you had fun!
