Fall's Favorite Finds Blog Swap Revealment

Big time thanks to Caroline, Molly, and Mateya for hosting and organizing this super fun Blog Swap!  I had a great time both purchasing my goodies for my partner Michabella from Living a Life of Love (who is out doing good for others on a Mission Trip this week...I can't WAIT to hear what she and her group accomplished) and also receiving the fun goodies she sent me.

For those who don't know, Monday, October 17 is my last big deadline of the year, so needless to say, I've been living at the office.  You can only imagine how much it brightened my day when I opened a package last Thursday to find THIS:

It was full of so many fun goodies, including:

A super sweet card -- Glad I'm not the only one who loves stuff with an "M" on it! 

This beautiful scarf -- That I happened to be sporting all day yesterday!

This great deep red nail polish -- Think I'll take it with me to get my mani/pedi this week!

This yummy smelling candle!

And pumpkin flavored coffee -- My favorite fall delicacy my far!

All of this stuff is just as fabulous as I had hoped!  Thanks so much Michelle!

Fabulous Fall Blog Challenge - Day 5

Even though I am over 48 hours late in posting this, but I always live by the philosphy of Better Late Than Never...especially with blogging!

Today topic is things I am looking forward to about fall.  Here is my list:

1.  All the beautiful leaves!!!!!  I love driving to East Tennessee this time of year!

2.  EVERYTHING pumpkin flavored!  There is nothing better than that flavor, but it only tastes good during the months of September, October, and November.  =)

3.  The new Fall TV shows!  I know, I know, they've already started, but since I'm as far behind on my DVR as I am in blogging, it's as if they haven't even started for me!

4.  Life slowing down a little bit...I feel like Spring and Summer are such busy times of year for me, so it's always nice when things slow down a little bit this time of year.

Fabulous Fall Blog Challenge - Day 4

Day 4 of the Fabulous Fall Blog Challenge is all about decorating for fall and Halloween...so I'm a little embarrassed about this one...I have never been very good at decorating for any time of year other than Christmas.  I'm more of a "figure out what you like and leave it that way" kinda girl.  However, one thing I definitely want to decorate with this fall is Mums.  Here is a little inspiration that I found on none other than Pinterest.

Fabulous Fall Blog Challenge - Days 2 and 3

Since I missed yesterday's Blog Challenge, I decided to catch up with 2 days at once.  Hopefully, I can stay caught up the rest of the week, but I am making no promises.  =)

Day 2 was all about Fall Fashion and Trends...Well, here are a few of the things I am loving this fall...or at least things I would LOVE to have in my closet right now!

Day 3 of the Blog Challenge is about your Halloween plans or Halloween memories.  I'll be honest, Halloween is my LEAST favorite holiday of the year (I know, I know, shoot me), so I don't really have any plans so far for Halloween.  I will say that I've had a couple of fun costumes in the past...including:

Fabulous Fall Blog Challenge - Day 1

Since it seems as though I haven't blogged in AGES, I decided to kick start the ole blog by linking up with Neely and Amber and their Fall Blog Challenge.  Day 1 is all about Fall Traditions.  Here are a few of mine:

UT Football Games -- Every year in the fall, I always love to go to a Tennessee Football game.  There is something about the atmosphere that just screams fall to me.  I mean, really...what is there not to love about all this orange?

Arrington Vineyards -- This beautiful vineyard is about 30 minutes outside of Nashville, and tons of fun every year.  A group of our friends always take a picnic, some wine, and stuff to make smores and just enjoy a beautiful fall evening!  Here are a couple of pics from last year:

Titans Football Games -- Just like I always like to go see a Vols game every year, I also like to attend at least one Titans game.  These games are also tons of fun, but a completely different atmosphere than college games.  Definitely one of my favorite Sunday activities!

Fantasy Football -- Yes, I thought I might as well keep up with the football theme!  A few years ago, I decided to start an All Girls Fantasy Football League so that I could follow along with Patrick as he watched all the games.  Well, it has quickly become a bit of an obsession...for example, right now I am keeping my eye on the Monday night game to see if I stand a chance at winning this week's matchup!  You should definitely check it out if you like football AT ALL!

And, finally, my favorite...Fall Trips -- If you haven't noticed, yet, my beau and I love to travel together.  We always like to take a small trip every fall and this year is no different!  In late October, we are heading to beautiful Jamaica!  I can't wait to just lay by the pool for a few days and enjoy some warmer weather right in the middle of fall!
