It's time for the post for my favorite day of the week...FRIDAY!!!!!
1. In the story of my life the actor who would play me would be hmm...this is a hard one...someone once told me I look like Natasha Richardson, but she passed away, so I don't think I have an answer for this one...
2. If I could change one thing about the world it would be for everyone to be more open-minded and accepting of others.
3. Yesterday I was sick...BOO!
4. My favorite comfort food is really anything that Patrick cooks because he is SUCH a good cook!
5. My new favorite blog find is The Survival Guide for the Young Fabulous and Newlywed -- she has such fun things to blog about.
6. If I could meet any blog friend (who I haven't met yet) in real life, I'd want to meet Marcie from Justin and Marcie. She used to live in Nashville, so I'd like to talk to her about what she did for fun when she lived here.
7. My favorite breakfast food is probably anything from the Sunday brunch at a Nashville local called the Copper Kettle.
If you'd like to play, head on over to the little things we do and link up!
Well, that's all from me, friends! I hope you have a great weekend! I'll be hanging out with my beau in sunny Las Vegas! Woohoo!
You've made my day with ANOTHER blog mention of me :) Let me answer that for you...I lived in Bellevue in Lexington Apartments on Old Hickory Blvd right off I-40. I only lived in Nashville for 2 years, and somehow, I lived in 3 different apartments in that complex. Not sure how that happened. As far as what I did for fun...I rarely had any. When I wasn't in busy season (and I know you know how none of us fun accountants have fun in busy season) I was a slave to the CPA exam and studied all the time for the first year I was there. I finally did get to have some fun right before I moved. My best friend in Nashville (her name is Lillian, she has a blog I'm sure you'd love. It's www.abrideinboots.blogspot.com) and I frequently visited the bars on Demonbreun. Particulary tin roof and dan mcguiness. Lots of celebrating for various events in our lives went down there. I was also a HUGE fan of Centennial Park when it was pretty outside. I liked running around it and people watching :) Sorry this was so long!
ReplyDeleteJust realized you said "when" I lived there and not "where". HA! I moved there in January 2007 and moved back home to Birmingham in October 2008.
ReplyDeleteI hope you're feeling better girl! And I can't believe I'm your favorite blog. Just made my day - totally wish I had seen this on Friday because it was a rough one! I love reading your blog each day as well!!!
